Harriet Thorpe is best known for her role as Carole in the BBC’s The Brittas Empire and Fleur in Absolutely Fabulous and has just been seen on the new BBC2 comedy Mister Winner playing Sharon,Mr Winner’s mother! Harriet has also recently appeared as guest lead father Brown, Doctors, Hollyoaks,  Casualty, Our Friend Victoria, Celebrity Antiques Road Trip alongside Gok Wan, her many films  also include The Lady in the Van, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, and playing head of the WI in Calendar Girls.

Several seasons at the National Theatre, most recently in Sir Nicholas Hytner’s production of Richard Bean’s Great Britain and in the West End, Her Ladyship in The Dresser, and in MusicalsMadame Morrible in Wicked,  Tanya in Mamma Mia, Crazy For You  Ruthless and has just finished playing Vera in Mame at the Hope Mill Theatre in Manchester.

Harriet has a vlog for women between 45-105 to find out how to feel fabulous, she is Ambassador for Moonwalk Walk the Walk which has raised over £160 million for several charities.

Harriet also has a business coaching company "Dr Theatre" with actress sister Matilda Thorpe.
